What is personal data?

Data processing is considered to be any action or combination of actions performed using personal data. Examples of personal data processing that we do at Promt are collection, registration, organization, structuring, storage, processing, modification, reading and use. Restrictions, deletions or destruction are other examples of data processing.

How long does PROMT store personal data?

Promt stores personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which the personal data was collected.

What information does PROMT collect about me?

Promt collects information that helps PROMT provide a service to you, it includes:

• Any documentation relating to submitting a quote (company address)
• Any information linked to orders, agreements or conversations

How will you use my information?

Promt needs to know a bit about you in order to provide you with information and quotations in line with this overall policy. We will not collect more information than we need to provide our services to you.

How do we protect your personal data?

We have established security procedures, technical measures and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Furthermore, we have firewalls and antivirus programs to prevent intrusion. Access to the spaces where personal data is stored is limited.

Promt’s website uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) which is a protocol for the secure transmission of data via the Internet (or other networks). Google Fonts

Our website uses so-called web fonts, provided by Google, for a consistent presentation of fonts. Google Fonts is a service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”). To do this, the browser you are using must connect to Google’s servers. This will make Google aware that our site has been used through your IP address. Google also stores the IP address of the browser on the closed device used by visitors to these sites.
